The World Needs Peace, Love & Smile

What is most needed in terms of the present situation all over the world, by a layman's presumption, I should think it would be World Peace, Love and Smile.

I watched a video clip the other day, a soldier returned home from war. Relieved to see his family, smile on his weary face, picked up his little son and daughter from left and right, everyone was crying. His little daughter was crying, clinging to her daddy fondly like " I never want to let you go ". She must have missed her daddy that much to cry a river. I was crying with them over here, uncontrollably.  Not that I have become negatively emotional but because I am a sentimental human being like anyone else, I know how hard it must be for a family member to leave for war in their prime age to risk their lives and go in fear, to come back alive or dead remains unknown, uncertain for their families to worry about.

Why is this war dragging on for so long ? Is this the purpose of life for some in power ? Why man kills one another brutally ? Don't they have a moment of peace of mind to ponder about this vast universe that God created for them to do good ? To love and to enjoy instead of killing and murdering like slaughtering animals ?

Yesterday, we took the family out to the Sunset Bar at the Beach Hotel to watch the sunset. Normally tourists love to snap the entire sunset process slightly after 5pm. The sunset or sundown is an attraction for people who adore the magical changes of sky taking place. I sometimes imagine this world is so beautiful with lots of natural surprises for people to enjoy, children frolick on the sand carefreely trying to catch some tiny baby crabs that sort of things. Such is the usual scene one can encounter if you go to the beach on a lovely Sunday afternoon. Laughters of innocent kids are heard over the sky. This is a peaceful place and the people are friendly, smiles on their faces like the brightness of the sun.

God created the world with good intention. He is loving. He didn't plan to set up a war for people to fight if only the Prince of Peace appears to confront. How do we know what'll become of the world unless there be peace, love and smile among the nations.cool
